How the years fly by and green grass

I just saw some old pictures on our screen saver. It only seems a couple of years ago when our children were just little kids. In all the busyness of life, don’t wish away the early years. They are precious and special in a way you will never experience again. Enjoy them, nurture them and record those years! Old advice but true I’m thinking.

The kids on Father’s Day.  Taylor is 4, Jeremy is 1 and Katrina is 6.

Katrina, 3, longingly eyeing the ducks across the street.

Finally, perhaps, perhaps we will have grass like this again in our front yard !?!?  I am so hoping after years of construction and lawn destruction.  It’s hard to believe we once had grass like this.  So, if everything lines up right maybe this is the year!
